Medical and Vision
Petri pays 80% of the premium for every full-time employee; this includes a family package or a single package. Our plan is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York.
Dental
We offer an employee funded plan with very reasonable rates through MetLife. This includes a family package or a single package.
Flex Accounts
Petri offers flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses.
Retirement
Petri offers a 401(K) plan. All full time employees are eligible after completing one year of service and working at least 1000 hours.
Short Term Disability
Petri offers a voluntary supplemental disability plan through Colonial.
Annual Paid Leave
Petri understands employees need time to play. All full-time employees are eligible for Petri's great paid leave package.
Employee Assistance Program
Petri understands that employees may have personal and family issues that arise and could affect an employee's health, family life, or desire to excel at work. To help with these circumstances, our employees have access to our EAP program. Petri covers 100% of the program.
